To the Supermoms Feeding Through the Night

    Dear breastfeeding mom,

Waking up multiple times each night to comfort and feed your little one, especially when they’re gassy, can feel exhausting. But remember, you are their safe haven, their source of nourishment, love, and comfort. Each moment you spend holding, rocking, and feeding them is building a foundation of trust and connection that will last a lifetime.

Here’s some encouragement and tips to help you through those nights:

Take pride in your strength: Not everyone can do what you’re doing. You’re nurturing a life, even when it’s hard.
Lean on your support system: Ask your partner or loved ones to help with soothing or burping after feeds.
Stay hydrated and nourished: Keep a glass of water and healthy snacks nearby to keep your energy up.
Practice self-compassion: It’s okay to feel tired or frustrated. You’re human, and you’re doing your best.
Your little one may not be able to say it yet, but they’re deeply grateful for your dedication. These sleepless nights won’t last forever, and the bond you’re creating is priceless. You are amazing, and your love is their greatest gift.

Hang in there, Mama. You’ve got this.
