Friendly Weight Loss Challenge

We are hosting a friendly weight loss challenge
The rules of the challenge are as follows:

Start off with a before pic, baseline weight, and the waist size

Each participant will post:
*Their weekly weight and picture
*Daily pics and/or updates of foods eaten throughout the day
*Daily updates on any physical activity conducted as well as the duration
*A list of all foods eliminated from the diet

To preserve confidentiality, the weight will be posted in the following manner:
If one weighs 259 pounds, their reading will be posted as **9 lbs
